We train each week at Royston Leisure Centre (see "Location")

• Saturday mornings - Group1 9.00am - 10.00am for younger and less experienced players
• Saturday mornings - Group2 10.00 to 11.15 for older and improvers.   
• Saturday mornings - Group3 11.15 to 12.45 For the more experienced players.                           
• Visitors welcome, Mat fee £5.00 Experienced Seniors also welcome.
• Monday Evening - 6.00pm -7.00pm
• Groups 2 and 3
  

• Tuesday Evenings - Seniors at 8:00pm - 10.00pm
• Seniors and experienced Juniors (14 years +)
